1. Copyright
   You retain full ownership of the material we create for you based on the agreed parameters. Authors Vision Books will have no copyright over the content, giving you complete freedom to publish and use it as you wish.

2. Payment
   All services listed on our website require 100% upfront payment. Customers are responsible for any transaction fees and applicable taxes.

3. Revisions
   We offer unlimited revisions within 7 days of delivery, and in special cases, up to 14 days. Revision turnaround times depend on the order’s urgency:

   • For orders with urgency up to 24 hours, revisions are delivered within 24 hours.
   • For orders with urgency between 24–48 hours, revisions are delivered within 48 hours.
   • For orders with urgency above 48 hours, revisions are delivered within 72 hours.

4. Project Requirements
   Before starting any project, we thoroughly review the requirements with the client. Any disputes will be resolved based on the terms agreed upon at the project’s initiation, these Terms and Conditions, and standard industry practices.

5. Refund Policy
   Refund requests can be made before we begin working on your project. Once work has started, refunds will be processed after deducting relevant transaction fees. Projects purchased under limited-time or discounted offers are non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 5 days of order completion. If our unlimited revision policy fails to meet your expectations, a percentage-based refund will be issued. Refund requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be honored, assuming satisfaction with the provided services.
